On October 29, 2021 ASLA Hawai`i Vitural Design Awards Gala presented a Honor Award for the Kalaniho‘okahā Community Learning Center - Nānākuli, in the General Design Category. It makes me happy that we could all be a part of bringing a learning center to the Wai‘anae Coast Community that they have embraced and that they can have many years of learning, gathering, and enjoyment.
